The In Memoriam for Robert F. Estabrook in the February issue had two errors. Mrs. John S. Moeller o£ Pittsburgh is their own daughter. The Estabrooks lived in Newton not Brookline. Clara Farr has had a hard time this fall. She was hospitalized twice due to broken discs in the back. She uses a walker but hopes when the weather permits getting outdoors she will improve more rapidly. She writes that Leslie has been a wonderful combination of nurse and cook. They have the best wishes for a complete recovery and no more illness.

Glad to report Phil Thompson has fully recovered from his operation of last summer and went to Florida with Jennie the latter part of February. Ethel Dow writes she and George were at Vero Beach in March. February 16 I attended a meeting of the Alumni Association of Central Florida in Winter Park. Hoped I might see Tom Barnes and HarryHill as they live in that part of the state but was disappointed. Did have a nice visit with Zeus Marshall and Mort Crowell of '01.

Frank Moore was thoughtful to send a page from the Northampton Gazette featuring an article by Jim Huntington on houses outside the "Hadley Stockade." Jim's picture shows he is still wearing a beard. Does he not know that Christmas has come and gone?

It is sad to report the loss of another classmate, Billy Thompson. Have no details but Louie Dow has written the In Memorian notice which is in this or a later issue. Note that most of the news is furnished by the loyal wives. By the time you read this Marion and I will be in Evanston. Aside from escaping the terrific winter at home we have benefited from our stay in Florida.
