There has come to hand an interesting photograph from Don Colby's family in Claremont, N. H. It shows, in a compact group, four generations all bearing the name Ira Gordon Colby, ranging in age from the early 90's to about three weeks, and all either actual or prospective Dartmouth alumni. It is a remarkable record worthy to be com-ared with that of the family of our late secretary, Charlie Merrill, which, as I recall it, could boast five lineal generations of Dartmouth alumni.

From Eddie Grover's daughter in Winter Park, Fla., comes the report that our poet laureate is very well, for a man who has turned 91, able to stroll around his premises despite failing eyesight. And the present writer may as well report here that he, P.Marden, is housebound with a crippling attack of arthritis which prevents him from walking without assistance, but otherwise gives no pain or causes any inconvenience.

And that just about wraps it up for the moment for '94.
