Wayne Van Voorhees of Palm Beach, Fla., has been appointed varsity and freshman tennis and squash coach. An occasional competitor on the American amateur tennis circuit, Van Voorhees, 35, has also competed regularly in international tennis including several appearances at Wimbledon.

Van Voorhees succeeds Red Hoehn who resigned last spring after 25 years as tennis and squash coach.

Stephen H. Nazro '63 of Peterborough, N. H., has been appointed assistant director of Dartmouth Sports Information. He will work with Ernie Roberts in this capacity and will help Seaver Peters '54, associate director of athletics, on the reorganizing of the College's intramural program.

Among those nominated for Sports Illustrated's Silver Anniversary All-American team is Robert W. Gibson '39, a Stamford, Conn., business executive. Mr. Gibson played center for the Dartmouth football team of 1938. Starting with a small law firm following World War II, he helped to develop the Toro Company into a high place of leadership in a very competitive industry. He is one of 71 candidates nominated for the S. I. Silver Anniversary team which emphasized the pursuit of rounded human values in which athletics and education are joined.
