We held an executive meeting before our regular luncheon, Tuesday, November 2 at the Arizona Manor, 24th Street and East Camelback. All matters were approved by the board.

Dick Vaules Jr. '57, his enrollment committee and others met with Robert J. Evans'49 from the Dartmouth Admissions Office on November 9 for consultation. Later the committee and Mr. Evans met with ten prospective applicants for admission at Dick Vaules' home.

On November 29 a luncheon was held in honor of Prof. Almond Ives. Prof. Ives told us about his recent trip to the Far East, then brought us up-to-date on Hanover events. Present at this meeting which was called to order by President Duncan Newell'36 were Ed Comins Jr. '45, Ken Thompson '45, Bill Behrens '56, Dick Vaules '57, Frank Poor '26, Russ Fisher '17, Dr. Wayne French '46, Charlie Fay '49, Jim Felter '46, Dick Holbrook '31, Judge Laurens Henderson '22 and his son Charles '62.

Plans are now completed for our usual evening during the holidays for all prospects, their families; Dartmouth alumni and wives; students and girl friends.

We welcome all, Dartmouth men who either pass through or are here for vacation to join with us at luncheon at the Arizona Manor, each first Tuesday of the month.
