First item on the agenda this month is the big '57 "Blitz" that Joe Stevenson and his cohorts have planned for the 1966 Alumni Fund Drive. In a nutshell, the Blitz will get underway April 1 and will last about three days. During this period all class agents and regional coordinators will make a maximum effort to contact all members of the class. On these initial contacts the agents will strive to get contributions from a large percentage of the class; by doing so the second, third, etc., follow-up calls and mailings can be eliminated, expenses cut, and the last minute contacts can all but be done away with. The Blitz should have quite an impact. This is strictly a '57 innovation, so be prepared for April 1, 2 and 3.
