On the theory that we all should roam the girdled earth, as the song says, I'm packing up and will move to Mexico to be in time for a good seat at the Olympics next year. Dick Griggs, the indefatigable insurance man, Big Green booster and man about New York and New Jersey, has kindly agreed to take over as Class Secretary. I know he will appreciate it as much as I did if you will keep him well informed. His address is 539 Hanford Place, Westfield, N. J. 07090.

Bill Katz, the perennial or as he puts it "professional" student, continues to work on his dissertation for a DBA degree from George Washington University. At the same time he is an instructor in the Health Care Administration Master's Program at George Washington. He and wife Betsy have a new — and I gather only - son as of October 17, Stephen Geoffrey.

From Memphis, Dan Wilkinson reports also brand new offspring: a daughter, Margaret. Dan and wife Peggy also have a two-year-old daughter, Elizabeth. Dan is selling and leasing industrial and commercial real estate for a living. He is also the president of the Memphis Junior Chamber of Commerce. The time that's left he spends as a captain in the Army Reserve and making radio and TV commercials with his banjo.

Not to be outdone in the new offspring category, Dick Phillips — or to be a little fairer, wife Nancy - had twin daughters. Rachel and Amy are doing well. Dick works for the Ford Motor Company in Detroit and is only slowly regaining a more normal mode of life after riots, American League Pennant race, strike, etc.

Jose Asensio is not quite as advanced yet in the marital game. In late August he married Jean Robbins in Mohegan, N. Y. Jose, with a master's degree from Columbia, is an English teacher at Peekskill High School. John McNair also tied knots; he with Barbara Lathrop Baiter in September. John is a new products manager for a division of International Paper Company in New York City. Bruce Hasenkamp, finally back to the somewhat grim East from sunny California, was one of the ushers.

After finishing his residency in internal medicine, Neil Grey is now at Baines Hospital in St. Louis on a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism. He and wife Joan have two children, Jonathan and Betsy. Russ Burgess who was adding forcefully to the clamor when the game ended 23 to 21, earlier this year was elected president of the Dartmouth Club of Southeastern Conn.

Western International Hotels on the West Coast announced the appointment of JackHodgson as director of planning for the hotel chain's development division. At the University of Illinois, before the annual convention of the Illinois State High School Press Association, Mort Kondracke, early in September, gave an address on journalism. Mort is with the "Chicago Sun Times." In 1965 he won the Associated Press award for a background story on the open occupancy issue then before the Illinois State Legislature. From Durham. N. C., I hear that Jim D. Graham is at Duke University as an Assistant Professor of history.

And as always a few short notes: IrvingStone is an Assistant Professor at West Virginia University ... Tom Marx is a mathematics teacher at McIndoe's Academy in Vermont.... Pierson Felch works for the Bell Telephone Laboratories in Murray Hill, N. J., as an employment supervisor.... Jim Foch is on the technical staff of the same outfit.... Gordon Starfeey is an engineer with Hazen and Sawyer in Danville, Va Also an engineer, but in sales, is Sam DeCamp with Electronics Associates, Inc. in Sunnyvale, Calif.... A little belatedly I'm catching up with the fact that Hal Hite was, during the summer anyway, an actor at the Wayside Theater in Middletown, Va.... Herb Millington works for Philip Morris, Inc. in New York in corporate planning.

Fred Scribner '59 (l) was welcomed tothe U.S. Supreme Court bar by Massachusetts Attorney General Elliot L. Richardson, who moved for the admissionof Fred, his assistant attorney general.
