The Office of the Alumni Records has received notice of the death of Raymond R.Johnston, at Fort Fairfield, Me., on November 26, 1967. He was born in Fort Fairfield, August 11, 1877, the son of Charles W. and Adelaide Small Johnston. He attended the local Schools and was graduated from the Fort Fairfield High School in 1896. He attended Bates, and later came to Dartmouth for a year as a member of the class of 1901.

He became one of Northern Maine's outstanding business men and bankers. A few years ago The Chamber of Commerce presented Mr. Johnston a plaque for having been one of the Town's outstanding citizens. An In Memoriam will be published in this issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
