Frank Cudworth talked with Bess on the telephone during the past week. He was on a visit to his brother who lives in Chelmsford. While Frank was in the neighborhood, he talked with George French, Mrs. Hildreth, widow of the late Charles F. Hildreth, and for good measure did not forget ChanningCox. Frank was enjoying good health. He is living with his daughter and family at Princeton, N.J.

Bess and the writer spent Easter weekend in Hanover. Had a nice visit with Secretary of the College, J. Michael McGean, and Mr. Charles Widemayer and Mrs. Sidney Hayward of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE. We registered at the Hanover Inn, a far cry from the "Hanover Hotel, H. Howe, Prop.," of 1897. The odor of opulence pervades the entire structure, and I am sure the new features will surprise you. We enjoyed our visit and intend to repeat as often as possible.
