1906

For the first time in a good many years the Class of 1906 did not hold a luncheon meeting in Boston on the day before the Harvard game. We held one last year but only Walt Powers, Randall Cooke and your Secretary were present.

If there were any classmates at the Harvard or Yale games this year I did not happen to see them.

Two more of our members have passed away I am sorry to report. On September 23 Converse Chellis died in Summerville, S. C. He was one of my closest friends in College. I spent many weekends at his home in Meriden, N. H.

On October 13th C. King Benton passed away in Carmel, Calif.

In December Francis Childs will be celebrating his birthday with Santa Claus.
