The Class would very like to set up a series of get-togethers wherever there are '68s around in anything like sufficient numbers. Could some of you please write and let me know if you could host such an affair? If so, then I shall endeavor to get you a list of all the classmates in your area. We could also help a bit with financing, if it were needed, since we sponsored no official class beerbashes at any of the games this fall. Also, do we have any volunteers to set up a '68 Punch Party for any of next fall's gridiron events? After a couple years out, things begin to settle down, and it is easier to predict where we shall be and how easy it would be to get together.
Only a few letters this month, but here is the news as it stands around the 'girdled earth: Rog Gutner writes from Bologna, Italy, where he was feeling like the original "Vox Clamantis" as he penned his latest missive in tired isolation. Apparently some guys really do miss the old Green routine, for each month Rog eagerly waits for the ALUMNI MAG'S arrival. Anyway, Roger finished his first year at the Medical School at the University of Bologna, took his final exams, and was surprised by a package containing Dave Cooperberg in a new car picked up in Germany. The two then traveled for three weeks through Venice, Florence, Vienna, and Prague. Roger is now back in the States where, when he arrived, he found that he had missed a visit by Mr.and Mrs. Leckie Rives only several hours earlier. Thanks for the letter, Rog, and for all the colorful Italian stamps on the envelope which I have begun to save since becoming Class Secretary.

Mike Zavelle recently hosted a traditional Tri-Kap-type punch party at his apartment at the Harvard Business School where several '68s showed up thirsty and smiling after the annual event in Cambridge. Among the crowd were Dave and Diane Peck, TomLaughlin, Pete Zack, and Tony Dambrava, as well as yours truly.
Jim Sinnock and Jim Snyder were both recently commissioned as second lieutenants in the Air Force. Both were at Lackland AFB, Texas, and both have been assigned to Mather AFB, Calif., for navigator training.

Luis spends much time in these same capacities at the Ranchos Los Amigos Hospital, there too. Settling in among the llamas is Chip Green, one of the 33 new Peace Corps Volunteers assigned to Peru. He will be serving as an agricultural extension adviser. After a one-week orientation in Texas, he spent ten weeks in Toluca, Mexico, studying Spanish and receiving intensive preparation for his assignment. The last two-and-a-half weeks of the training period were devoted to in-country training in Peru. Now Chip's on his own. Keep us posted on your work.
Social work in Boston is getting a plus due to Bruce Senn's work there in the Department of Public Welfare. Steve Small, currently doing a stint for the National Guard, will return to Columbia Law in February. Dave Stromeyer is a partner in Film Associates, and living in Boston. Sounds like fun, Dave, how about dropping me a note and adding some details? Pete Wonson is currently managing the rock group "The Tracks" and is frequently seen in the Hanover area driving a "U-Haul" full-of acoustical equipment. The group must be doing well, as Pete is constantly on the go. He's going to make it yet!
Pete Armstrong is currently teaching in Orford, N. H. Like some of the rest of us, he just can't seem to break away. Steve Debnam is leaving Lebanon to be stationed in — of all places - Bermuda for three years. Jim Ingersoll is graduate-studenting at the University of Chicago, where he will be until March of 1970. Push that pen, James. We'd like to hear from you. Sam Saunders is at Princeton doing graduate study (m-arch.). And Ens. Chuck Woodworth is doing Air Intelligence work as an aviation officer stationed in Pensacola, Fla.
