We Will have ,a new class treasurer; Bishop Niles is retiring after many years as our treasurer and we thank him for his service10 our class. John F. Crocker "Crick" of 105 Churchill Lane, Milton, Mass. 02186 has agreed to become treasurer and will take over at once. Crick, as you know, is a retired banker. In 1965 Bishop was honored by being named "Class Treasurer of the Year."

Mrs. Henry Richardson Lane (Lucy) spent the month of February at the Gulf Bay Club in Sarasota, Fla. During her stay there the place was visited by a tidal wave which was quite exciting.

Philip H. Chase spent some time in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in March. He is now home again and feeling much better. Phil and Theora are planning to attend the Bicentennial Special Reunion for all post-50-year classes in Hanover on June 16, 17, and 18. So are the Kenyons and Grebensteins.

Mrs. Harry W. Porter (Helen Gray) of 92 North 4th Street, Old Town, Me., died on February 20 after a long illness. Mrs. Ivan A. Greenwood (Mabel Harlow) of 2873 Hampshire Road, Cleveland, Ohio, is seriously ill. James D. Brown of New London, N. H., son of our deceased classmate, JamesB. Brown, passed away at a Jacksonville, Fla., hospital in February after a brief illness.

Classmates having birthdays in May are: Edward L. Ashley, 1; Dwight W. Hiesland, 4; Ernest H. Frost, 14; Leon M. Holmes, 15; Philip H. Chase, 18; Orlando C. Davis, 23; and Louis C. Wood, 30. We wish you all a very happy and healthy birthday.

Helena and Crick Crocker have just returned from a trip to the Panama Canal via United Fruit Company steamer. They enjoyed a wonderful cruise.

We hope that many classmates, wives, and widows will attend the Bicentennial Reunion on June 16, 17, and 18. Any correspondence regarding it should be directed to David E. Orr, 205 Crosby Hall, Hanover. This will be a great and historic occasion and we look forward to your being there.

In recognition of his more than SO yearsof continuous membership in the American Bar Association, John R. McLane '07(left) is presented with a personally inscribed gold certificate by Paul F. Hannah '27, former chairman of the StandingCommittee on Membership.
