We have a wheel in the Pentagon, Commander TedFellows. Ted will be an aid to Secretary of the Navy John H. Chafee and Admiral Elmo R. Zumwalt, respectively. Ted transferred to the Naval Academy from the "Green" in 1953. He has had two combat tours to Southeast Asia and has been decorated by the United States and South Vietnamese governments. Ted, his charming wife, and two lovely children live in Washington, D.C. It's real nice to know the boats are in capable hands, Ted.
