One of the greatest pleasures in life is becoming re-acquainted with old friends. A visit with a classmate whom you haven't seen since... is always fun. Try it the next time you travel and discover what I mean. Almost every letter you all send me includes an invitation for 55's to visit when in the area.

So it was in a fascinating letter from Boband Peg Leopold. Their address is 5 Hickory Hall Lane, U. S. Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, S. C. 29408. Bob is one of our several career military officers along with Bob KingUSMC, Tom FlemingTJSN, Bob ClevelandUSMC, GlennWilson USAF and others. He is currently Commanding Officer of USS Strong, a destroyer based at Charleston. His naval career reads like a 007 adventure story. He and Peg have been all over the world doing everything from surfing at Malshah, Hawaii, to singing in the Honolulu Chorale and skiing at Cortina, Italy. In the line of duty he has been a Naval Attache in Argentine, C.O. of a minesweeper in the Pacific, and a pilot on the USS Forrestal.

Bob advised that Jim and DianeWallace are living in Chappaqua and commuting to New York where he is a banker. Jud and Sally Hale live in Dublin, N. H., where Jud edits "Yankee Magazine." Thanks for a fine letter, Bob! I would love to receive many more like it.
