Your correspondent returned to Chicago on March 1 to become director of purchasing for Allied Mills. Just before leaving, there was a memorable reunion in Baltimore with four other distinguished '55s. Colin Hunt is the financial scion of Wilmington. He is a specialist in institutional markets for the firm of Abraham and Co. The Hunts live in a very large, old home near Greenville, Del., which burns up herculean quantities of heating oil. Their oldest daughter Leslie writes excellent poetry. She undoubtedly inherited this ability from her father.

Buck Frisch is in his 21st year with McCormick and Company, the spicemakers, of Baltimore. The Frischs also live in a lovely old home near Cockeysville, Md. Unfortunately, it is in the path of a new shopping center and will have to be demolished soon. This is especially sad because Joann has lived in the house most of her life. Their oldest son Jon was recently presented the Eagle Scout award.

Dr. Ray Lenhart is on the staff of the Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He specializes in the prevention and cure of cancer. Ray is also active in the fund raising and educational activities of the Center which has an outstanding record in this field. His oldest son is showing signs of becoming a lacrosse player even though Ray hasn't tried to stress this with him.

You've read about Ace Hall's activities in the January issue. However, Web Wilde will be interested to know that Colin skunked both Ace and me in a new game of electronic tennis.

Bill Stratton was appointed by President Nixon and confirmed by the Senate as Commissioner of Public Utilities for the District of Columbia. Bill and his staff are responsible for regulating all public utilities operating in the District including telephone, electric, gas, taxi companies, etc.

John Rossiter and his family moved to San Marino, Calif., last fall when he became president of the Union Alaska Pipeline Company. He has been in Palatine, Ill., involved with the merging of the old Pure Oil Co into Union Oil. John's new company was formed by Union to hold Union's interest in the Trans Alaska pipeline. John has been involved with the logistical aspects of petroleum ever since Navy days when he served aboard an oil tanker.

Tom Hamilton has his own communications firm located in Schaumburg, Ill., a suburb of Chicago. He spent Christmas in La Jolla, Calif., where he must have had a reunion with TuckCreamer.

The Dartmouth Club of San Francisco has scheduled a College Conference for May 17-19, 1974. President Kemeny heads the list of outstanding speakers who will consider the "Critical Choices" of the next decade. All Dartmouth men and women are welcome for this weekend event which will also include several excellent social events including a champagne brunch cruise of San Francisco Bay. Contact Dartmouth in San Francisco, Suite 2424, One California Street, San Francisco, Calif. 94111.
