April, and once again the entire class has successfully avoided writing for a full month. You can all guess which of the items below are true and which malicious lies...
Doug Taber has escaped the clutches of B&G and is in California; more precisely he's at the UCLA School of Architecture. Greg Meurer, source of this, is giving the beach ten to one over the classroom for Taber. Greg, a budding antitrust lawyer, will graduate next month from Columbia Law and attempt to make an honest living.
Ivan Suzman is a doctoral candidate in human paleontology at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He will be in South Africa for three to four years and like all of us wants to hear news of classmates.
John Eaton, on what might charitably called a business trip to Pango Pango, saw his first streaker: none other than Ken McKenna. Both are withholding comment pending resolution of the case.
Wedding of the month: Chuck Diters and Janelle Smiley. Actually, the month was January, which is more recent than the August affair of Tony Owens and Beth Gower, who get the golden oldie wedding of the month. Anyway, congratulations to everybody.
Carl Soderland, in his third year at Rochester Med School, reports that he's not doing anything interesting. Well, actually he's delivering babies, playing hockey, and thinking about practicing in Northern New England after graduation.
That's it. Since I don't see the postcards you guys send to the class newsletter, no mail means no column.
