Spring must be in the air. Saw the first sign of the yard last week. Hock6y season is winding down, another sign that spring is near. While waiting around for the New Hampshire championship game over in Milford, your scribe ran into John and Judy Wilkinson at a local restaurant. Hadn't seen the Beaver since Reunion. John is now down in Springfield, Mass., where he toils for the Farm Credit Banks of Springfield. They had just returned from a skiing week in New Mexico with Mike and HeathCoffield and report all is well with the law business in Chicago.

Other veterans of the ice rinks are Dave andEmily Walsh who are located in Bloomfield, Mich., from where Dave heads to Detroit each day plugging along for Chevrolet. Both are parttime coaches, Dave in baseball (for son, Dave) and hockey (for son, Alex) and Emily in hockey (for son, Darin). Christopher (3) serves as the family goal tender (rubber boots and all). The Walsh's are looking forward to seeing Al andPat Huck in Green Bay. Thanks for the news and thanks for the cookies (shades of the old days).

Jim Abramson is the man to see for wine and other spirits in the Andover, Mass., area. Jim is an executive for Capital Distributing Co., an organization specializing in some real Dartmouth tradition booze. Wife Joan, and their three daughters, Wendy, Nancy, and Susan, help keep Jim straight. Jim asks that I announce that the Frank David Lena 1962 Memorial Fund for an award in romance languages is a reality. Friends and classmates of "Freddie" are urged to make donations to that fund in care of Elizabeth Ely at Crosby Hall.

Another advancement is announced for JohnKnight, who was recently appointed senior vice president and to the board of directors at First Pennio Securities in Fun City.

While thinking of John, guess its time to announce that your 15th Reunion is definitely scheduled for June 17, 1977 and that we'll be sharing the campus with '61 and '63. Anyone with good thoughts for a theme, send it along.

Finally, keep your good friend, John Clark, in mind these days. Stay in touch.
