June and I had dinner with Gisele and GeorgeCollins a couple of weeks ago and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. George keeps in close touch with Link Daniels in the Washington area and reports that Link is busy at many things. George and I also attended the Dartmouth Club of West Palm Beach luncheon on March 18th. Unfortunately, there were no other guys from our era, but the fellowship was just as good.

I received a report from Hanover that AlanHewitt is the author of, "Playwrights: Take Care in Publishing Your Scripts," which is appearing in the winter number of The Dramatists Guild Quarterly. Congratulations, Al!!

Here are three address changes: Mrs. PrestonLeete, Box 238, Newbury, N.H. 03255; Mrs.Henry Rosen, 14 Oak Ridge Drive, Brockton, Mass., 02401; Mrs. Robert W. Smith, 6 Harbour Lane, Key Largo, Fla. 33037. I'm sure these gals would love to hear from you.

Charlie Faulkner is in Akron, Ohio, with General Tire and enjoys it after so many years in Chicago. He and Charlotte live on the sixth floor overlooking a beautiful golf course and he's only 15 minutes from the office. Only drawbacks are that their daughter Jane and family live in Hinsdale and son Bill and family live in Rockford, so they don't see as much of the four grandchildren, who "seem to be much better students, extraordinarily more talented, and far better looking and poised than their Grandpa." Charlie expects to retire in June 1977. He left Spiegel after 30 years and went with General in 1970.

I had a phone call from Fred Robbe, who has a condo at Turtle Creek in Tequesta. He asked if I knew how to get in touch with Nick Nanos. 1 did, indeed, because Nick had called me a week or so ago, having read the masthead of the column and I found he, also was living here in Juno Beach. Nick is one of the five town commissioners. Well the upshot of all this was a lunch at the Old Port Cove Yacht Club and the three of us did a lot of chatting. Nick had a picture taken in front of the Tri-Kap house and with the help of a magnifying glass we picked out five guys from '34. In addition to Nick and Fred, we found George Donehue, Bob Williams, and Nick Bielenowski. I'm sure that a great many classmates' ears were burning as we recalled various things that happened while we were at school. It was great fun and we are getting together with wives on April 2, for cocktails and dinner. Fred's son Bill will graduate from Dartmouth in June, although he had finished all of his courses in the December quarter.

This is a shorty, but that is because I only received the one letter from Harry Wallace. I sure could use some more news!
