Spring is on its way to Chicago, along with the national pastime. Recently I caught a preview of baseball action in Arizona, where Pete Broberg was rounding into form with the Cubs. Pete, who has since been traded to the Oakland A's, had some impressive outings and should have a good season in the American League.

On the marriage scene this month, Alan Fox was married to Cynthia B. Okrent in Brooklyn Heights, N.Y., on January 28. Alan, who is a graduate of Columbia Law School, is an attorney in Manhattan.

Bruce Streibich married Katharine E. Harms in Westfield, N.H., on January 7. Bruce is director of public information services for the Department of Education in the Virgin Islands.

Paul Wheeler and Maureen Kane were married on May 27. Paul is a student in the professional nursing program in the University of Vermont, and his wife is a senior programmer at National Life Insurance Company in Montpelier, Vt.

In other news, Jim Gottschalk is now working at Gould, Inc., and living in Chicago. A recent visitor to the Windy City was ChipCarstensen, who was interviewing business school students for Citibank in New York.
