Bill McCarter Jr., who is a lawyer in Boston, announces he is now with the law firm of Linsky, Finnegan, & Stamzer. A letter from Bud Welsh says he is active keeping up with the various members of his family. He has been retired ten years. A real newcomer to the club.

Jim Davis has recovered from his ulcer problem and is playing golf again. Not well, but he is playing, which is the important thing.

A letter from Mary Hodgkins thanks the class for the book in the library in memory of "Doc." "It is a wonderful thing to do," says Mary. Incidentally, she is going to sell her house and move by the first of the year.

We have lost two more classmates. Newman Sleeper and John Perkins have passed on. Formal obituaries will appear in the near future.

Jock Murray has considerable trouble with his back, which slows him down. He does a lot of reading and is thankful for that. Elmer Pilsbury reports he is greatly improved - is driving again and may go to Florida this winter. He had to stay home last year.
