The Buchanans, in addition to spending a weekend in September in Hanover, where their grandchildren are students, took the Dartmouth alumni trip on the Stella Maria, visiting old Greece from Sicily to Turkey.

Here is the first correction in the newlypublished class directory: Albert Anderson's address is now 183 Seabrook Road, Hyannis, Mass. The secretary (who, incidentally, assumes responsibility for the accuracy of this publication) will welcome any other corrections.

Our sympathy goes to Frank Montross, whose wife died on Christmas Eve.

News has been received of the marriage of Larry Hewes to Martha Overholser on August 1,1979: Our belated congratulations, and, to Martha, a welcome to the class. They are now living in Nashville, Tenn.

The opening gun of the 1980 Alumni Fund campaign has been fired by Earl Daum. We are confident that under his leadership once more, our 56th will be another successful year.

We call your attention to the mention in the College section of the January/February issue of the MAGAZINE that the Dartmouth Club of Cape Cod was given the award for the best small club-of-the-year in 1979. The club was then under the presidency of Bill Magenau '29, and the president is now Paul Morgan '23, well-known to members of our class.

The Chitticks have recently spent two weeks in Madeira.
