The fall campaign was a disappointing one for the Dartmouth men's soccer team. The hooters lost their first 11 matches. The club recorded two impressive wins in the season's penultimate week, nipping Springfield, 2-1 in overtime, and Brown, 4-3. The season ended with a 0-0 tie at Princeton. The women's field hockey team closed out the season by dropping a pair of one-goal decisions to nationally ranked Massachusetts, 1-0, and Princeton, 2-1, to finish with an overall mark of 7-7. The women were 3-3 in Ivy League competition. The women's varsity tennis team had a 7-1 record and finished tied for third at the New England Championship at Yale. The women's soccer team finished the season with a 5-7-2 overall record. The team defeated Colby-Sawyer, 1-0, and then tied league rival Cornell in a scoreless match in the season finale. The women were 1-3-1 in the Ivy League.
