Greetings from Atlanta! I have not heard very much from you, so I rounded up some "green cards" from Anne. Here we go with the news: Curt Oberg has left his job as a senior sales executive with Xerox in Boston to move to the real estate firm of Spalding and Slye in Burlington, Mass. Curt enjoys his work as a commercial real estate broker, especially since there are plenty of Dartmouth people in the firm, including Matt Dwyer '75 and Dan Thomas '77. For recreation, Curt has switched from the gridiron to the fairways. He also enjoys having a few beers with '78s, including Jay Murphy, Jeff Nadherny, WallyMorgus, Drew Breene, and Tom Gardin. Curt reports that Tom's daughter, Charlotte ("Rosalie"), is 18 months old. She apparently inherited some genes for height that her father lacks, as she is already almost as tall as Tom. Curt had fun on a Moosilauke weekend with some '78s, including Jeff Nadherny and Lou Panella. Curt also attended Bill Kelso's wedding this year in Baltimore. Other '78s in attendance were Tony Cort, Greg Tray nor,Jay Murphy, Pete Renner, and Craig Woods. Curt's plans for the future include a trip to Hawaii and earning an M.B.A. in the night program at BU or BC. Curt would also like to get in touch with old number 34, Sam Coffee.

In August, Ann Church Bigelow MacFarlane moved to Charlottesville, Va., where her son was born on September 23. PeggyMcGrath Sherman finished her M.B.A. at Cornell last December and moved to Albany, N.Y., where she works on fiscal issues for the New York State Assembly.Husband John '76 works with the New York attorney general in Albany. Son Nate (2004) is a noisy, happy two year old.

for. Bill Petit ventured from Rochester to Nantucket to attend the September wedding of Ernie Pariseau (a New Hamp and Alpha Chi buddy). Woody Arthur also attended the wedding, breaking away from his job in Waltham, Mass., where he handles marketing and finance for a small computer company. Dave Dalury, currently a surgery intern in Boston, was also in attendance.

Dr. Lan Grimm wrote that he married Terry Raphael on May 12 in Saddle River, N.J. She is a graduate of Mary Hitchcock's nursing school and has also earned a master's in nursing from Penn. Lan finished Jefferson Medical School in June and is currently an intern at Bethesda Naval Hospital, while Terry is a nursing coordinator at Georgetown University Hospital.

Nancy Neville is running the international financial community in London. She has recently decided to leave behind the bureaucracy at Barclay's Bank to move to a small Norwegian bank. She would like to see any classmates in London (home phone: 01-821-9853; office phone: 01-621-1111). Kathy Culligan Yates writes that she was a personnel supervisor at Revlon up until the birth of son Kevin Gregory in July 1983. Now she is pursuing a master's in human resources and industrial relations at Rutgers. Husband Greg ('76) is in technical management with AT&T Information Systems in New Jersey.

Ellen Meyers writes that she is just back from vacation in Honduras, when she visited the village where she served in the Peace Corps two years ago. Back from vacation, she is settling into life in Cambridge, Mass., where she is an administrator of the Nuclear Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School. Steve Strauss reports that Robert Fieldsteel plays the role of a doctor in John Cassavetes's new film, Love Streams. Rob is also the voice coach for the cast. Rob is living in Los Angeles. (If Rob needs any help, a lot of '78s are playing the role of doctor at many locations across the country.)

William Pender is living in Live Oak,Fla. He has finished his dissertation in religion at Duke and has become pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Live Oak. William and wife Sheri expect their first child to arrive in December, along with his Ph.D.from Duke. Jeffrey Nelb and wife Sharon are living in Glastonbury, Conn. Jeff received his M.B.A. from Michigan in 1980 and has since been working at Heublein, in the spirits and wine division. (Dartmouth prepared him well for this job.) He worked for two years in domestic spirits (Smirnoff and Black Velvet). Jeff has recently been named manager, strategy development, and has additional responsibility for the Inglenook line.

Martha Stevens Ray is pleased to announce the birth of her third son, Noah John Ray. Her first son, Christopher, was born in January of our senior year, and he helped Marva pick up her degree as she walked across the stage at graduation. (Remember?) Second son Joshua will be three years old in December. Marva is currently on maternity leave from her job as a senior health care management systems analyst for the New York State Department of Health and is living in Albany. Dr. Mark Hartman reports that he is in his second year of an internal medicine residency at Mary Hitchcock. He and wife Lauri Komornik ('80), are enjoying being back in New Hampshire, after Mark completed med school at U. Conn. Mark and Lauri look forward to the arrival of their first child next April.

Well, that's the news.Keep those cards and letters coming!
