I have just a few tidbits of news to hold you 'til that glorious weekend:

Tom Coffman was recently named a principal of SASAKI Associates, Inc. The 275-person firm has offices in Boston, Dallas, and Miami and provides planning, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, civil engineering, and environmental services. Tom resides in Lexington, Mass., and is a registered architect. He has been with the company since June 1980, having previously received his master's of architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

Hetty and Christopher Yule have announced the birth of their son, Alexander Dean Yule, on November 10, 1985, at a healthy seven pounds, one ounce. The Yule family is now holding forth in Jamaica Plains, Mass.

Josh Fitzhugh, a partner in the Burlington, Vt., firm of Sheehey, Brue, and Gray, has had several articles published in the ABA Journal. A March 1984 article was entitled "The New Exclusionary Rule Cases," and the more recent one appeared in the December 1985 ABA Journal. It was featured on the cover of that issue and was entitled "To Win Your Case, Waive Your Fees"; it discussed the ethics of settlements which waive all claims for costs and attorneys' fees under U.S. fee award laws.

I had a chance to speak with WalterHinton and got caught up on the interesting developments in his life. Walter, his wife, Carol, and their three-and-a-half- year-old daughter, Kathryn, live in Stamford, Conn. Carol has become a member of the firm of Kelley, Drye, and Warren, in the firm's Connecticut office, and Walter continues to work in New York City. He has a fascinating job with Integrated Resources, a growing financial services company. The firm, which started out in real estate syndications, has expanded to leveraged buyouts and tax-oriented products. It also has a family of mutual funds and life insurance divisions. Walter is in the equipment leasing division and is working in a combination of legal and business-oriented capacities for that division. The Hintons expect to be able to attend the reunion and look forward to seeing a number of you there.
