Reunion plans continue to look good. Remember the dates, June 17-19, 1988. If you have not received it already, the information about costs, etc., will be arriving soon. Let's make the effort!
At the Homecoming game, I met Justin Gardner '91, son of our own Jim Gardner. A little research revealed that two other classmates have Dartmouth children. BobAnthony's daughter Pat and Henry Todd Jr. are both members of the class of 1990. If there are any others, please let me know.
A successful mini-reunion was held in Chicago at the home of John Mathias. In attendance were Dick Glovsky, CharlieFitzgerald, Mark Upton, and Lenny Nelson. John and Lenny are both attorneys specializing in litigation. Charlie is a pilot for Northwest Airlines, while Mark is a cardiologist at Northwestern Hospital. Dick, of course, is a bon vivant and economic geographer (private joke—sorry).
William J. Buckley, vice president of Goldman Sachs & Co., was named along with another executive to co-head the firm's Boston office. Bill had been the associate sales manager at the office.
Robert Gandy returned to his high school in Edinburg, Tex., to eloquently represent Dartmouth at the college night held there each year. Bamboo is president of the First National Bank of Edinburg.
As I'm sure most of you know by now, Mike Stratton passed away on November 14. Contributions to the Stratton Boat Fund can be sent c/o the Carroll School, Baker Bridge Road, Box 280, Lincoln, MA 01773.
Remember our reunion. And write.
