THINK REUNION, June 15-17. We're on the I way to breaking attendance records. Which means we're also on the way to breaking success records higher attendance means more fun. Have you made your travel plans yet? Come on!
Marc Lewis has departed the wide open ranges of Texas for the deep dark caverns of New York. He has joined the New York office of Russell Reynolds Associates, an international executive recruiting firm. Marc was formerly with Trammell Crow.
A few months ago, Wade noted that Peter Hutchins is an attorney. Well, hey, Peter is not just a plain old attorney—he's a partner, with Wiggins and Nourie.
In November, our noble class president, Denise Dupre, wed Mark Nunnelly. Their wedding was in Memorial Church at Hahvahd, and the reception was in the elegant Fogg Museum. (Why do I report the detail on locations, you ask? Because Denise is probably the best party-giver of her generation. Remember our sth Reunion? Re- member Seven Springs?) Denise teaches and manages the hotel administration program at Boston University.
In December, our former (also noble) class president, Bill Helman, married Daisy Bingham. The wedding festivities included a dinner at 21 and aggressive basketball at the New York Athletic Club (well, aggressive considering that the players were a bunch of guys in their 30s). Bill is a partner with Greylock Ventures in Boston.
Back in the fall, I noted that Mark Alperin and Meg Coughlin LePage had coaxed us to yet another Alumni Fund record. As a result the two were awarded the John R. Mason Award in October, which recognizes the outstanding head agents, 110 years out. No wonder we keep breaking records, with a pair like this nudging us on. Congratulations!
