I have finally found a way to get you guys to communicate. From now on I will be publishing a lie about at least one of you in each column so that the victim(s) will feel compelled to demand a retraction. Witness John Wilson, who finally wrote on February 10, "When I read in the winter 1991 Alumni Magazine Class Notes that 'John Wilson appears to have left Salt Lake City,' I realized I have been a bit remiss in keeping you advised as to my whereabouts. ... I am still in Salt Lake City... a partner in the law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer. I had an opportunity this past week to get together with a number of Dartmouth alums at the mid-winter meeting of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association held in Park City. But for the fact that we could use some snow, a good time was had by all."

Speaking of lawyers, Lee Rosengard kindly included us on the distribution list for the "Kramer Rosengard Family Ail-Purpose General Distribution 1991 Year End Letter." It was so enjoyable I wish I had room for all of it. Lee's youngest daughter, Laura, began kindergarten this year, having "prepared" for the experience at Alumni College in Hanover with Lee and Andrea this past summer.

Quote Lee, "After years of Wellesley indoctrination, there is finally one Kramer Rosengard child who knows what Dartmouth is!" Lee and Andrea's older daughters, Rebeccah and Joanna, are now in the fifth and the third grades, respectively. As of February 1, Andrea is assistant general counsel for Acme Markets and their parent company, American Stores. Lee, still with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, does pro bono work as general counsel for Philadelphia's Please Touch Me Museum for Children. He teaches second grade (Hebrew and judaica) on Sunday mornings and claims, "nightly kindergarten, third-grade, and fifth-grade homework assignments round out a kid-packed schedule."

Also speaking of lawyers, FrankNewburger was named chairman of the executive committee of the Friends of Scheie Eye Institute on January 23. The Friends are a group of 40 volunteers who plan and execute fundraising events to benefit research and teaching at the Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and of Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia. It was also announced in late November that Frank has joined Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, working out of their Philadelphia office and practicing as a member of the public finance department with emphasis on health-care issues. Frank's life after Dartmouth has included Cornell Law and a successful private practice in public finance, health care, and banking law. Frank and his wife, Carol, have two daughters, Dora and Dana.

Nils Johnson has just begun a two-year term on the Board of Bar Examiners of the Ohio Supreme Court. Nils is now entitled to prepare and conduct bar exams for poor unsuspecting souls who hope to practice law in Ohio. Perhaps this -will allow him to exact some small revenge for the grueling task that faced him when he returned home to Canfield after earning his law degree at B.U. Nils has just finished four years on the Supreme Court's Board of Grievances and Discipline and previously served six years as a trustee of the Mahoning County Bar Association. His major practice is with his dad and two brothers in the Canfield firm somewhat appropriately named Johnson and Johnson. (Shouldn't it be Johnson, Johnson, Johnson &Johnson, Nils?) Nils and Kathleen have three children, and I'm taking early bets on how many of them will one day practice law.

Also speaking of lawyers, if anyone out there isn't one, PLEASE WRITE!
