Stop the presses! At least, that's what I wanted to say a few months ago. Much to my chagrin, a notable member of the '92 family was left out of a column. At Kim Lessow's wedding last summer-a nuptial dutifully noted in this column two months ago—it has been pointed out to me that Kate Geller was not listed as a bridesmaid maid. And, lest you cynics think otherwise, Kate was not the person who called me about this omission. In fact, that person will remain anonymous, to save his/her face (my mug is ugly, so I gladly throw it out there to be slapped).

Continuing on with die wedding theme, I told you last month I would report on SueGreeley's wedding, and thus shall I begin. A fantastic New York City affair, highlighted by a stirring homily during the service by the brother of Sue's husband, Doug Sylva '93 (yes, he's a priest—the brother, not Doug!). The reception was at the famed Rainbow Room. Bridesmaids were Tisha Jackson (back at Wharton for her second year), Edie Josephson (just finished school in NYC), Erin Mairs (just started vet school at Penn), Melissa Rich (who jetted off for San Francisco the next day), and Jen SandovalFaherty (still teaching in the City). Also on hand for festivities: Dan Allen,Christine Blanchet Tom Brodie NancyDeSa, Wendy Gruenberg, Jessie Levine,Liz Ptacek Jones, and Suzanne Sellers (all the way in from Seattle!)

Got an e-mail from Tina Mabley recently. She is still in Austin, Texas, where she is finished with business school and is now in what she says "might be my dream job. It's a totally cool startup company called Garden.com—an internet commerce site that is the ultimate resource for everything gardening. The job is fun, and we have all the perks of a startup: no dress code, dogs are welcome, and, most importantly, fun, cool, smart people." Check out Tina's work at www.garden.com. While giving me news on people already mentioned above, she also reported that Frazier Miller is in Seattle after finishing at Harvard Business School. Other fair Harvard Grads brought to my attention include Susan Orlando (HBS) and Ross Lajeunesse (juris doctor from Harvard Law). One of our student workers—and tell me, will you ever forget your work-study jobs?—came in at the beginning of the school year and was going on and on about her job at Titleist during the summer when all of sudden, she blurted out the name Dave Aznavorian (well, actually, she said, "Mike, I worked with Az!" but I knew who she was talking about). He is still working at Titleist and—you'll be surprised to hear this—is still "a really great guy," to quote our student worker.

I've been spending a lot of time with Mike Mccune who was recently promoted to chief sports anchor at WNNE-TV up here in the Valley. Be sure to catch him at 6 or 11 next time you're in the area, and get caught up on all the Dartmouth sports action! Of course, you can always call me for that stuff, too.
