Mary and Bill Barnet have moved to a retirement community just two miles from their former home. It took four _ _ years to make the decision but they're happy they made it. They were unable to attend last year's Florida mini-reunion but hope to do so this year as they will be at Indian River Plantation, Stuart, Fla., by midDecember.

Board Veazie writes, "1997, Wow! 63 years out of college, 50 years married, 45 years in same house, four children, eight grandchildren. Lydia and I play golf every week, new clubs last year, drives 40 yards shorter (must be the lousy clubs). Still traveling, but the trips are shorter—Maine, Arizona, Wisconsin. We're still healthy and active (lucky) but the hill up our street seems to be steeper than in '52. Who knows, we may make it to the 65th in Hanover in '99."

Herm Spitzer woke up with a terrible pain in his left leg last fall and has been to two doctors, had one shot, and expects two more. Unfortunately he has had to give up golf, just when he was about to treat himself to a Big Bertha. Anyone need a fourth for bridge?

Bob Offenbach is still working three days weekly as a headhunter for Management Recruiters. Last April he was recognized as the M/R worker with the longest tenure and, at 84, the oldest. He says his golf is lousy, but he still does well in duplicate bridge, and Millie's loving care keeps him relatively young. They plan to be in Florida from December 9 to April 18.

After 42 years of selling on the road, all over the United States and Canada, representing English and French factories dealing in crystal, china, and silver, Bill Craig retired in 1980. He has been "squire" of a 100-acre farm, clerks five days a week to keep his head alert, and is president of V.F.W., Elks, and Moose.

We received word of the death of Maury Alexander Jones on December 7, 1997. He attended Dartmouth for two years before graduating from Washington and Lee University in 1934. Our deepest sympathy to Martha and her family.
