As you were informed by our diligent and energetic reunion chairman, a full schedule for the reunion weekend starting June 26 was arranged. In addition to family members and our wonderful widows, eight classmates planned to attend. They were Ted Baehr, Red Edgar, Irv Engleman, Ed Flanders, Art Kneerim, Bob Reed, Jerry Sass (reunion chairman), and yours truly. Our bank account, amounting to $8,716, was turned over to the Alumni Fund with the proviso that the expenses of our reunion be paid out of it first.

With great regret I have to report the death of a number of our classmates, including some of our most accomplished and distinguished members. They are, in the order of their departure, Howie Bush on February 8, Sam Gifford on March 5, Cuddie Gardner on March 14, John Turkevich on March 25, and Roy Milliken on April 14.
