Recent '07 visitors to Hanover were: Mr.and Mrs. Bill Witham, whose home is in Swarthmore, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Niles; and Mr. and Mrs. Philip Chase. Phil and Theora Chase celebrated their fortieth wedding anniversary during their recent visit to Hanover in October.
John Jewett's present mail address is R.F.D. #1, Meredith, N. H. John retired last June after 32 years of service in Brookline, Mass., schools. His retirement home is in West Center Harbor, N. H.
Before going to Brookline, John was teacher, supervisor and administrator in the schools of Rutland, Belchertown and Greenfield, Mass., and of New Britain, Conn. He came to Brookline as a science teacher in the high school and subsequently became head master and also principal of the evening school. John holds a graduate degree in education from Harvard. He has four children, twelve grandchildren and one great-grandson. During his retirement years he hopes to con tinue free-lance writing and to expand his interest in photography. His wife passed away last March.
Mrs. Edith Billings, Warren's widow, lives tug oiey St., Reading, Pa. She and her bovs plan to follow the fortunes of Warren's Class and College through the columns of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE, which they will receive regularly. The youngest son, Richard, has recently started his law career with a Providence, R. I firm.
These classmates dined together on the evening before the Dartmouth-Harvard foothall game at the University Club in Boston: Coburn, Hitching, Dick Lane, Bill Sanborn,Smart, Stevens, Grimes.
Earlier this year Judge McLane received a citation for distinguished service as one of New Hampshire's outstanding social workers and a charter member of the New Hampshire Children's Aid Society.
