Just a quickie this month since all the Alumni Fund names are to be printed. Biggest story is probably Beech Lockwood's wedding on September 20 which Bob Hill '49, a member of the bridal party, was nice enough to report on. We say big because the reception brought together some 1200 guests. The ceremony took place in Charlotte, N. C., where Beech and Lucinda are now residing at 227 Queens Road, Apt. 2. They honeymooned in Jamaica. From Bob's report, it appears that Beech is his same old laughing and blushing self.

Tom Matthews is a candidate for the Town Planning Committee in Waterbury, Conn. Jim Randolph will move from Detroit to New Jersey in January where he will become Eastern Sales Manager for Business Week, covering New England, New York, New Jersey and Delaware. Norm Laird has been transferred to Washington, D. C., where he is managing sales and contracts for Becton, Dickinson & Co. On September 19, the Lairds also increased their family by one baby daughter, namely Margaret Leslie. Their new address is 9006 Manchester Road - Apt. 15, Silver Spring, Md.

Rem Drury's dues payment came from Italy. He seems to be chief rover for the class. Trust that you have paid your dues without having to pay so much postage. Mr.and Mrs. Ed Satalia were guests at the Hanover Inn on September 28.

Gonna quit while I'm ahead this month. Sure would like to hear from some more of you. Glad to see the Big Green continuing to do so well. It'll mean more of you getting together for the games to come. Have a real fine Christmas and if you get an extra Christmas card, scrawl a few lines on it and send it along. Bye now.
