Old skier Hy Lumbard finally tied the knot! The lucky bride was Jackie Campbell of Mechanics Falls, Maine, and Lasell Junior College. Hy is in the shoe manufacturing business and they are now at home at 20 Allen Ave., Auburn, Maine, after a three-week trip to the West Indies - there's no snow down there, Hy!...Len Swett is in sales work for the McCallum Motor Service Company in Hartford. He will be attached to a large new branch his company recently opened. Len attended Tuck, received his law degree from the University of Connecticut and practiced several years before joining the McCallum Company. As you may know, Len was seriously disabled in the Navy in W. W. II and is to be admired for his educational and business achievements....Dr. Bert Schwartz, practicing psychiatry in Montclair, N. J., has been doing a goodly amount of public speaking in the Jersey City area of late. Bert spent four years on a psychiatry fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., before returning to Jersey.
Two '46's have announced their intentions of tying the knot - The Rev. George Razee will marry Miss Nancy Foote Griggs of Woodbridge, Conn., this summer. Nancy is a graduate of Wheelock College in Boston and is a schoolteacher. George is serving as curate at Christ Church, Stratford, Conn. The other '46 to leave the bachelor ranks is Rex Sleighter who will marry Ruth Rose of Briarcliff Manor, N. Y„ and Pine Manor Junior College in the spring. Rex is president of Whitehouse and Hardy of New York City. Congrats to them and their brides to be.
Dr. Fred Eadie has also been doing some after dinner speaking in the Norwich, Conn., area. Fred is in practice there, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. He graduated from Tufts Medical School and took his internship and residency at Cincinnati General Hospital and the University of lowa, respectively. ...Dune Fitchet, the old geologist, who was a Marine colonel's dream, has been appointed general manager of Rand McNally's creative division. Dune joined the firm in 1946 and was the first trainee in the company's executive training; most recently he has been assistant to President Andrew McNally, III. Here's a guy who really came out of college and used his major subject with success.

Frank Bartnick is with GE as a supervisor in engine planning at the Lynn (Mass.) plant; his home address is 11 Sheridan St., Woburn, Mass....Craig Bedle, the pride of South Orange, New Jersey's Columbia high school, is living in Saybrook, Conn....Gene Bronstein is in Stoneham, Mass....Dave Clarke is in Milwaukee, Wis....Dr. Milt Cooper is practicing in Bridgeport, Conn., and can be addressed at 218 Virginia Ave. there.... Steve Ehrlich is in Saddle Brook, N. J....Hal Ellis is a foreign service officer attached to the American Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia - Wow!
Charley Fortunato is living in Wethersfield, Conn., at 126 Mapleside Dr. and Hal Gurnee can be reached at 300 Riverside Dr. in the Big City....Lt. Comdr. John Hanley, the old track star, is somewhere in the Atlantic with Uncle Sam's Navy....Don Holsworth, a Connecticut Yankee, has ventured south and is living in Atlanta....Joe Holtzer is in the beautiful town of Englewood, Calif. ... Jackie Howard, who we last saw in Cleveland, is now with Dupont at LaPorte, Tex. and living in Bagtown.
Jim Joiner, whom we used to pitch Softball against in the Newark insurance league, is living at 566 Exeter Road, Hampton, N. H. ...Speaking of insurance, Jim Kelley is with the American Fire Insurance Group in Chicago, while Jim Lucey is with "good to the last drop" Maxwell House Coffee (Division of General Foods) as assistant personnel manager in Hoboken. He is living in Weehawken, N. J....Bob Lyon is living in Kankakee, Ill. and George Magoon is in New Haven, Conn.
Stan Maier is in business for himself in Ft. Wayne, Ind....Bill Morris is with GMAC in Boston....Jim Morse is in the investment business with White, Weld and Company in San Francisco, Calif....Robby Smith is in Dudley, Mass Our old class secretary, Phil Stedfast is in city planning work down in Columbia, S. C. - that's the deep south, suh! ...Chuck Sweeney is living in Richmond, Va., and Fred Carey is in Whitman, Mass.
Stan Waterman — he of pen fame, has set himself up in the skin diving business in Nassau, the Bahamas and spends the summer back home in Maine. There was an extremely good article about Stan's exploits in a recent edition of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE....
Hugh Bennett is in clinical research with the Ayerst Laboratories in New York City - you can address him at 9 Crescent Hill Drive, Havertown, Pa. ... Two returnees to the Buckeye State of late include Beta Dr. Clay Sikes of Cincinnati and Don Wall of Toledo.
