Joseph P. "Jiggs" Donahue was nominated for admission to the American College of Lawyers. On August 24, 1959, he received a certificate of this fellowship at the annual meeting of the nation's top lawyers at Hollywood-by-the-Sea, Fla. Harry Semmes, having retired from his law office, except to counsel his sons, has been elected President of the new Potomac National Bank, River and Falls Roads, Potomac, Md. It had tripled in size by August in the three months it had been open. Harry spoke on "The Soul of America" at the Second Armored Division Reunion in Washington, D. C., in August. Y., School Board, the first woman to hold that spot (she had been a member two years). Dorothy, the second daughter, is teaching school in Delaware, Ohio. Dave Jr. is still in Colorado Springs.

That morning he went to the church office where he was treasurer to do some work, intending to return about one thirty. When he did not get back, Dorothy sent to the office and it was found that he had passed away.
