Received a letter from a young lady the other day - wife of a '58 surprisingly enough — in which she said she has a real knack for gossip and would just love to take over my job. Well, I cringed at the thought at first but on second glance it doesn't sound so bad. This gal could actually tell me, on the basis of several '58s' past records, whether they'd reformed, grown worse, or stayed about the same since they left Hanover. Great fun. Well, whether or not I think this column needs a little more meat, there's little time to think about it now. Got a lot of news this month among which I found a blooming number of weddings; many '58s going the way of all flesh.
