With less than one month to go on the 1965 Alumni Fund, our Class needs a strong finish if we are to regain our number one position. After seven straight years of first place in the Green Derby, we were edged out in 1964. Head Class Agent Ed Condit tells me we can regain the number one spot, if more of us can increase our dollar gift this year.

I know how hard Ed and all of his class agents work and I hope we can make their job easier for them. We don't hear much about our seven Regional Agents since most of their work is done through class agents rather than direct with classmates. Each of them is responsible for a geographical region and they direct the efforts of between ten and twenty class agents in their area. They've put in many hours of work and deserve the thanks of the College and our class. Our Regional Agents for the 1965 Campaign are: New York I, Bob Malin; New York 11, Don Bigham; New England, Jack Newton; Middle Atlantic, TomBloomer; Ohio Valley, Stan Westberg; Middle West, Fred Stephens; Far West, HerbSolow.

In the process of working with his class agents, Ed Condit picked up the following news and was kind enough to pass it along to me. Stan Westberg moved to Ohio this past January where he is working at National Screw and Manufacturing Company in Cleveland. Stan is living in Chagrin Falls. Tom Fowler has been promoted by Texas Instruments and reported to his new job in Dallas last April. Wayne Komara has been elected president of the Dartmouth Club of Western Pennsylvania. He is also assistant head of the National Enrollment Committee for the Pittsburgh area, general chairman of the Glee Club concert, and directs the local scholarship fund.

Dr. John Williams has just been appointed Medical Director of Ives Laboratories, Inc. John's prior position was that of Associated Medical Director. He is living in Scarsdale, N. Y., with his wife and three daughters. Bob Yates has also been promoted. His new job is advertising assistant at the Timken Roller Bearing Company in Canton, Ohio. Bob was previously assistant editor of the company newspaper.

Joining the married ranks last March was John Rosenberger. He married Sandra Lee Vulter of Florham Park, N. J. Sandra Lee attended Washington College and the couple will live in Chatham, N. J.

An article from the Baltimore Sun tells us that Eric Van Schaack is lecturing at the Walters Art Gallery on Michelangelo. Eric is assistant professor of art history at Goucher College. Dick Lerner is assistant national director of the fact-finding department of the Anti-Defamation League. He is an attorney and a former member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Have a good summer and when you have time, drop me a note and let me know what you are doing. See you next fall!
