Bill Smart called your secretary on the telephone on April 19 and said that he had visited your class president, James M.O'Neill at the Emerson Convalescent Home, 59 Coolidge Hill Road, Watertown, Mass. 02172. Jim had to have his right leg removed because of stopped circulation but is feeling much better. Margaret O'Neill Romagnoli, Jim's daughter, writes that her mother, Edith Winslow O'Neill, died on March 26, after a long illness. This is really sad news.

Your secretary and his wife Ethel drove to Concord, N. H., on Thursday, April 30 and spent the night with Bob and LuraKenyon at Riverview Lane. On Friday Lura chauffeured us to Hanover to attend the class officers meetings which are helpful in many ways. Crick Crocker, your class treasurer, and his wife Helena and your bequest chairman, Leon A. Sprague, were also in attendance. A very enjoyable time was had by all on this occasion as always.

Classmates having birthdays in June are: Edward B. Barker, born June 3, 1885; Robert T. Strokes, born June 6, 1885; George H. Jamison, born June 6, 1886; and Edwin R. Harris, born June 11, 1880. A Happy Birthday to all!

The annual Alumni Fund drive will be coming to a close on June 30 so be sure to make your contribution before that time. It means so much to the College.

This is all for now. Please send me some news items.
