I sure do love football weekends. In addition to seeing some good Dartmouth football, I get a chance to see many of you and dig out some information for this column. I apologize to those of you I miss seeing and to those of you I do for trying to find out what you have done in the last 15 years in about 15 seconds.

Dave and Ann Bradley hosted our annual mini-reunion at Dave's law offices for the Princeton game. Among the goodly turnout were Jon and Rosemary Lehman. That was Jon's first trip back to Hanover since graduation. He is practicing law in New York City with the firm of Walter and Conston, P. C., a firm specializing in German clients. The Lehmans live in Queens with Michael, 9, and Julia, 7.

Also in from New York were Sam andDebbie Edson. Sam walks across the Brooklyn Bridge every day from Brooklyn Heights to the American Security Company. They have two children, Michael, 4 and Sara, 3. Dave and Cheryl Pratt added color to the scene. They have just relocated back to New England and are living in Acton, Mass., with their three children, Dan, Steve, and Gretchen. Dave is the New England Sales Manager of Nassau Alloys and Research. Jack Gundy made the long trip over from his home in Norwich. He is a pediatrician practicing at Mary Hitchcock.

The long trip award goes to Al and LoisBaker, in from Dayton, Ohio, although he detoured to Boston where he attended a convention of OBGYN's. He practices in Dayton where he is also Medical Director of Planned Parenthood in the Miami Valley. Al and Lois have two children, Rachel, 12 and Jeff, 9. Among others I saw were Hugh and Kathy Baldwin, DanWilder, Pete Spiegel, Joe and SandySlotnik, Herb Swarzman, and DougFusonie.

There was a very colorful, boisterous crowd sitting in our class section on the 50-yard line high in The Collonades at Harvard Stadium for what turned out to be a study in frustration for the team with a 21-21 tie. Bruce and Marylin Gemberling came in from Whippany, N. J. Bruce sells advertising space for Machine Design magazine. They have three children, Laura, 5; Gayle, 12; and Bill, 9. Judy Loutrel sat next to me and was great filling me in on those I didn't know. Judy is living in Summit, N. J. and has gone back to school, getting involved in computer programming. Another long trip award goes to Don andKaren Maurer who traveled in from Wisconsin. Don is with IBM.

Also sat next to Sam and Robin Smith. Sam is an obstetrician in Manchester, Conn. The Smith's have three children, Jeff, Jerry and Allison. Dick Stewart told me that he has given up his green accounting eyeshade and is now working for Digital Equipment Company one of this area's high flying computer companies. Dick and Mary and their daughter live in Westwood, Mass. A trimmer Tryg Myhren and wife Ceej, returned from a rather hectic summer on the West Coast, made both the Princeton and Harvard games. Others I saw in the stands were Otto Wagenbach, Art Neiterman, Frank Sands, and Andy Toorock.

Back to some old news again, I'll start catching up with some of my back log. The Waterbury (Conn.) Savings Bank has announced the appointment of LarryMurphy as Manager of Programming and Systems. Prior to joining the bank, Larry was with The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and The First National Bank of Boston. He has also served as an account executive and installation manager for a computer design firm. Larry shares general responsibility for existing computer operations at Waterbury Savings. Additionally he will be involved in the expansion of systems for use by other financial institutions. Larry, his wife and three children have relocated in the Waterbury area after residing in Hanover, Mass.

I was pleased to get a call from DaveSharrock who was at Logan Airport, passing through Boston on his way back to Cincinnati from a business trip to Europe. Dave is vice president of marketing of Pharmaceutical house Richardson, Merrill. He reports that he sees Dick Wendall who is practicing Urology. The Sharrocks have two girls, 12 and 10.

Pete Olsen has joined Ampex Corporation's computer products division as a marketing representative in Connecticut. Pete directs sales of Ampex disc, core and tape memories which directly replace those used with IBM and other computer systems throughout the State of Connecticut. He is located at the Company's office in Bloomfield, Conn. He has held similar positions with Brogan Associates, Inc. and IBM. Pete and his family live in Somers, Conn.

Don Brenner brings us up to date on his doings, "It's been a lot of years since I stepped off the turf at the Big Green and I thought I might just drop a line to the Alumni Mag and the Class bulletin. I've lost contact with some good friends and maybe if they know where I am we might get together and tip a few: 1958-63, Air Pilot Oil Co., vice president; 1963-68 Northeast Sales Mfg. Petrochemical Div. Hess Oil & Chemical Corp; 1968-present, president, Metro Oil and Chemical Corp., Ridgefield, N. J.; 1968-present director, The Trust Co. of N. J. Jersey City, N. J.; June 1972, elected to Executive Committee Trust Co. of N. J." For those in the Ridgefield, N. J. area, the address is 343 So. Broad Ave.—Thanks for the note, Don.

Received a note that Forrest Smith received a Ph.D. from Harvard in June—could use some more information on that. Mort Fisher has been named associate general counsel to the Rouse Company of Baltimore. Mort has been with this real estate finance and development firm since 1963.

Jim Dougherty has been named secretary and general counsel of Supermarkets General Corp. of Woodbridge, N. J. Jim writes, "I was married in December (29th) in Columbia, Missouri—former Nancy Harrington Decker, a Radcliffe graduate. We honeymooned in East Africa and live in N.Y.C. Supermarkets General is a diversified retailer, N. Y. Stock Exchange listed with about $1.1 billion sales. Headquarters in New Jersey. I enjoy lecturing to other lawyers—did so in Greece last year and will in November for Seminars & Symposia, Inc. to American lawyers on a ship from Marseille-Canaries-Morocco - Dakar - and back. Also for Practicing Law Institute." Sounds great, Jim—thanks for note.

Class President Dick Frisch is pleased to announce that Larry Weltin has accepted the position of Newsletter Editor. Dick said, "I am pleased that we are able to fill this important assignment with someone like Larry who I am sure will make a significant input to this communication vehicle."

Start planning for the Alumni Ski Weekend in Hanover March 2, 3. Details to follow.
