Now and then, your secretary's mail brings words of appreciation; not for individuals, but for the Class as a whole. Helen Cogswell, for instance, delights in her discovery that class policy continues the Magazine to our widows.

Sympathy goes to Margaret Wilson. We all hope that she will soon get a break from her many illnesses, which have been keeping doctors busy.

Walter Furman, despite his broken leg, took his Xmas dinner in his wheelchair, the dinner being provided by his son's family. Deserving special mention are greetings from FlorenceMaria Richardson, Mrs. Mary Hobbes (Pop's ex-secretary) and Ralph 'Corky' Eannace, '74, a protege of Pop's.

A private family fete was held at Pine Valley on December 18 to celebrate the 90th year of Warren Currier. John Thompson was deluged with Xmas goodies from his many friendly neighbors, so much that he was able to give the kids a major treat.

It is time to consider plans for the 1975 Alumni Fund drive. Let's do our best. John Hinman and Allan Perkins will be in charge.
