This will probably be the last reminder that plans for our 60-year Reunion, June 6 to 8, are shaping up very nicely and a good time is assured for those in attendance. If you haven't already done so, send your reunion tax of $25 per person and your intention to attend to Treasurer Chink Chamberlain without further delay.

The first interim report from the 1975 Alumni Fund indicates that 1915 has made an excellent start. We hope, however, that by the time this issue of the Alumni Magazine reaches you, the showing will be even better. Do your best to help 1915 keep up its enviable record.

.A very nice letter from Jean Mullin expressed her regret that she could not be with us at Reunion inasmuch as she would not return from Florida until after the Reunion was over. It was just ten years ago that John and she attended their last reunion together. Jean divides her time between Vero Beach and Heritage Village in Connecticut.

My wife Marion and I took a short excursion to Washington to see the marvelous exhibit of "Archaelogical Finds of The Peoples Republic of China" at the National Museum. It was a rewarding experience but no more so than the time we visited the Palace Museum in Taipei to see the great collection of works of art which had been taken from the Mainland to Taiwan. It is absolutely fantastic to see the evidence of the high degree of artistic accomplishment of this ancient civilization with articles dating back over 5,000 years. Go to see this exhibit if it comes to your area.

It was with great sadness that I reported the death of Shorty Gray on March 18. You will find this report in another part of this issue.
