Pretend you already have your 1977 calendar. Mark down mid-June for our 15th Reunion.

You already have your 1976 calendar. Mark down September 18 and 25. Those are the two likeliest football Saturday's for the annual class fall reunion. Penn or UNH.

Speaking of reunions, Wayne Sloper has agreed to organize the 15th from his New York City base.

Meanwhile, your class officers and executive committee are in the process of selecting a chairman for the reunion giving campaign (for the Alumni Fund) in 1977. Schaef suggests that the dollar goal - yet to be established - will be "realistic." This year's class giving target is expected to be $30,000. That's realistic.

Yes, there is a life after Dartmouth. The program by that title helps current undergraduates reassess their career ambitions by speaking with graduates who have made their mark in one field or another. Like river boat captains. Tom Gladders, who is president of a family-run towing operation on the Mississippi River, participated in January's program.

Dave Butler, late of Playboy Magazine, has moved to Bangkok. He promises any classmate who tracks him down "an evening of Thai-style boxing, Lao-style broiled chicken, and neocolonialist celebration." Dave doesn't say what he's doing, but he can be tracked down via The Associated Press office in Bangkok.

Is there a life after Dartmouth? You can't prove it by the number of class members who write to this column.
