Chuck and Jan Diters are living in Anchorage, Alaska, where Chuck is working as an archeologist for the Chuyach National Forest. His responsibilities include part of the Kenai Peninsula, most of Afsgrak Island, and all of Prince William Sound. Chuck wrote: "This area is one of the most beautiful, if also the wettest, in the country. I will be spending something like six weeks in the field this summer, which will be a real improvement over last year working for the post office when I only got out of town for one six-day walk." Jan began last April as a health appraisal technician at Alaska Hospital and so far likes the job very well. Chuck and Jan were back east in the begin- ning of March to attend the wedding of his "little" brother Mark.
Just a reminder our tenth reunion (can it really be that long?) is scheduled for June 19, 20, and 21, 1981, in Hanover. If you would like to lend a hand, drop a line to Reunion Chair Mike Hannigan, 4 La Salle Drive, New Rochelle, N.Y. 10801, or send me a note and I'll pass it along.
That's all for now. See you next fall.
