Congratulations and best wishes to Vahram V. Erdekian, who was elected vice president, U.S. manufacturing operations of Data General Corporation, a computer manufacturing company with its headquarters in Westboro, Mass. He joined Data General in 1985 as staff director, manufacturing. From 1984 to 1985 he was vice president, operations, for Pixel Computers Corporation, Wilmington, Mass. Prior to that he was vice president of manufacturing for Franklin Computers Corporation, Cherry Hill, N.J., and held various manufacturing positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Vahram received his M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass., in 1980 and a masters of engineering degree from the Thayer School of Engineering.
