By now I hope you've made your plans to attend our starstudded reunion on June 19-20, but if you haven't, do so today! Also, please let me know if you would like to perform in our Friday night cabaret, or let us know if there is someone we should contact (your spouse, perhaps?).

Check out your local bookstores for Paintings in Maine, which was published by Clarkson N. Potter Inc. and includes an introduction by Carl Little. Carl holds an M.F.A. in writing from Columbia and an M.A. in French from Middlebury. Formerly associate editor of Art in America magazine, he is now a freelance writer and editor. He has written essays on the work of a number of Maine artists ists and writers, and he is a regular contributor to Art in America and Art New England.

Also on the bookstore shelves, if not sold out, is Louise Erdrich's collaboration with her husband, Michael Dorris. Crown of Columbus is a mystery about two Dartmouth professors, making it required reading before returning to the Green this June!

It sounds like Naomi Baline Kleinman is looking forward to the reunion and the respite from her wild schedule. She continues at Connecticut Mutual, and she and Joel have three children, Aaron, Leah, and Rachel.

We were sorry to miss Craig Stone and his wife, Carrie, when they were nearby over Christmas, but we did get a chance to talk on the phone. Craig is a vice president with Management Counseling Corp., a longtime project management consulting firm in San Diego. Craig has also discovered indoor rowing, which keeps him in shape. In fact, he recently recorded the 11th best time in the world for his age group in Concept II rowing! He also entered masters' ski races last year and set more records!

We received a wonderful letter from Judy Csatari. Judy's schedule makes me feel like a slouch! She is conducting a children's choir at church and holds the demanding post of District Enrollment Director for the Dartmouth Club of Dallas. She also runs the school store at her daughter's elementary school, teaches youth and adult church school classes, and "generally keeps track of the whereabouts of her family." She sounds like she'll be back in Hanover in June with Tom and the three children. (Can you believe that Emily is in the ninth grade!?)

The news from Nancy and Peter Jeton is also exhausting! They are back in the U.S. several years ahead of schedule due to the financial woes of Bank of Boston. Peter's corporatefinance group in Tokyo was among the casualties. He's back in the head office, where he leads the Northern Asia and Canada teams in the Foreign Multinational Group. He has also taken on the title of major gifts chair for our reunion. Nancy says that she has "hung up her relocation specialist clipboard for a while." She's still a planner but now on a volunteer basis. She's also on school and local committees, and she tutors in an adult-literacy program. Hannah 2 and Eric 5 and their parents are (again) calling Andover, Mass., "home." Unfortunately they won't be at the reunion, as they'll be hiking in the U.K.

The latest project for Paul Lazarus was mounting a production of Rupert Holmes's new thriller "Solitary Confinement," starring Stacy Keach. Paul hopes to make it to the reunion, schedule permitting.

Good luck on your taxes. If there is a refund, put it aside for the reunion!!! Let the drawbridge down for the shepherd, for the raiser of geese. Let the taxman wait in the rain, his hands softening for want. Carl Little, from "Running Out of Ideas One Day" in his collection of poems, 3,000Dreams Explained
