In Hanover a mini-reunion was held Dartmouth Night weekend, October 20- 21. Attending were 11 classmates, two widows, and a handsome assortment of spouses, offspring, and other admirers: IsabelBarber, the Art Aliens, the Freemans, the Liesons, Ed Marks and Vera, TerryNitschelm, the Olmsteds, the Pier ponts, the Roberts with son Bill, Harry Rowe with BrynneWarsaw, Ed Smith, the Stoibers, and the White hairs with Dana and Jack Armstrong.
The executive committee voted: 1) To give to all the estimated 1,050 members of the Dartmouth Class of 2000, which enters in 1996, a copy of the highly regarded TheDartmouth Story by Robert Graham. The estimated cost of this paperback is $11,OOO to $12,000. This will be funded from the Class of '32 project funds, supplemented by a loan from class treasury funds, which will be repaid by future project funds. 2) To hold our 1996 Reunion the Dartmouth Night Weekend, October 18 and 19. The football game is with Yale. 3) To donate $500 to the Athletic Sponsors Program. This will not be renewed in the future without specific executive committee authorization.
Our activity in the Dartmouth Night parade should be reported. Once again, with Art Allen leading and our 67-year-old 1932 flag unfurled to October's breeze, we marched behind the band and ahead of all other classes.
