As usual, our July to Labor Day was spent at Moosehead Lake, Maine. Summer? Not really! Mostly cold and rain, but we like it anyway.

We have no class news to report this time. However, some time ago I read an article in TheNew York Times about Princetons class of '33. Their secretary had always ended his column "A great strong class," which he has now changed to "a great, strong small class."

With 15 living classmates, '29 can identify with that. If you all want to learn news of each other, please write or call me, and I will always be so very happy to report in the first column of class news.

In Rip's Thursday lunch group, Princeton is ably represented by Brantz Mayor '29.

Now for Rip: "My checkbook sits beside my bed A work of art and beauty With space assigned for every kind Of record-keeping duty There's space for notes or anecdotes Explaining every item Including a mess for IRS In case we have to fight em With this at hand at his command Your scribe serenely slumbers. It's all so neat and quite complete 'Til he puts in the numbers."
