PRESIDENT HERBERT WOODS '10 brought his administration to a successful close by presiding over a grand Dartmouth Night party, held at the Roger Smith Powhatan Hotel. Nearly 100 alumni and guests gathered for dinner and the fine program which Win Hobbs '33 had scheduled.

Robert Lincoln O'Brien '91 acted as toastmaster for the occasion which featured music under the direction of Joe Huber '40 and his boys, the history of the Club's activities for the past year by F. Stirling Wilson '16 writing under his pen name for the moment of "Q. Lyme Road," the magic tricks of "Yogi" Baxter Prescott '39, a talk on the situation abroad by Clifford Prevost, Vice President of the Press Club and the final event, a talk by that grand old man of the Washington Alumni, Henry P. Blair '89 which turned our thoughts back to Hanover.

Mr. Prevost had recently returned from abroad, and after his talk, he asked for questions and the members present engaged in a very spirited discussion led by Mr. O'Brien and John L. Sullivan '21.

The Tuck School faculty was well represented at the meeting by Dean Herluf Olsen '22, and Professors Nathaniel C. Burleigh '11 and John W. Harriman.

The following officers were elected for the coming year:

President, Frederick L. Pearce '15; vice president, Richard P. White '18.
