This set is really going to be short and, we hope, sweet because the clipping service or the U. S. Mails have been too good to us of late.
We do want to especially thank those of you who sent us Christmas greetings and we will acknowledge them, with the usual delay, in March when we've had a chance to get same sorted and put away.
Due for a wedding in January are Steve Kandel and Miss Anne O. Finkelstein of New York. The Bride-To-Be studied at Sarah Lawrence College, received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago and a Master's from Columbia University. She is employed by the World Publishing Co. Steve is a writer engaged in the dramatization of John Gunther's "Inside Africa" for Africa Films, Inc.
From the "personals" column of the Berkshire Eagle (Pittsfield, Mass.) we find that the Bob Cormacks were in Hanover for the Holy Cross game last fall.
Pete Foster is moving again to a better position with the Southern New England Telephone Co. Pete has been manager of the office at West Hartford and moves to the company's headquarters in New Haven where he will be commercial supervisor of working practices.
The well is about dry but we can always take time to remind those of you who are a bit recalcitrant (better look that one up) on class dues that it's nice to be part of the team and pay your way. Dig that statement out from under the pile. It's older than those Christmas bills are.
Having witnessed the Green rolling over Princeton last season and football fortunes apparently on the road to better, we are more than a little concerned about the current grabbing of good coaching talent that seems to be standard procedure. Hope we can hold onto the present talent for a spell. Keep pouring him some playing talent from your own community.
