Paul Miller has been named Manager of one of the Mutual of New York's three Philadelphia insurance agencies. Paul joined MONY in 1958 as a special Managerial Trainee, after seven years with Metropolitan and Prudential Insurance Companies. He has been active in the Rockland County chapter of the National Assn. of Life Insurance Underwriters. His wife, Joanne, has been active in the Brownie Scouts. Paul and Joanne have four children, aged four through nine.

Commander Len Kojn is Executive Officer of the USS Threadfin, FPO New York. Ed Sansom is living in The Netherlands. Hank Spiers is associated with The Stars and Stripes News Bureau, APO New York. John Lee is marketing Maxwell House coffee in Hoboken, N. J.
Lloyd Smith is a Supervising Engineer with Western Electric Corp. in Quincy, Mass. Sam Tassel is President and Treasurer of the Sam Tassel Insurance Agency, in Lynn, Mass. Dr. Lee Bartholomew is living in Ann Arbor, Mich. Professor "Nick" Nicholson can be reached in Hanna, Wyo. Dick Sears is a Special Agent with Liberty Mutual in Atlanta, Ga. Lt. Commander Jim Thomson is living in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Lt. Commander Karl Becker is attached to U. S. Navy Headquarters Staff in Charleston, S. C. Lt. Commander Sam Baker is assigned to the USS Harder, FPO New York. Don Evans was appointed in July to be Area Chairman in Cohasset, Mass., for the 1960 United Fund Campaign. He will be in charge of residential solicitation in that town. Don is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and a lawyer in the firm of Quinn, Proctor and Hoar, of Boston. He is presently serving as Chairman of the Committee of Small Business, Corporate Section, of the American Bar Association.
Hugh Chapman was elected Vice President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Massachusetts. Hugh entered the insurance business in 1949 as a Special Agent and is now the owner of Robert H. Smith & Co. in Boston. Roger Dickenson has been promoted to Senior Copy Writer with Wm. B. Remington, Inc., Springfield, Mass., Advertising Agency. The Dickensons have two children. Roger has been in the advertising business since 1948. Judge George Carroll continues in his practice of law in Norwalk, Conn. George served four years as Prosecutor for the City Court of Norwalk, Conn., and was recently appointed Judge of that court.
Bob Foote is a research analyst in the Tunnels and Bridges Department of the Port of New York Authority. A member of the Port Authority since 1949, he has also worked in the Planning Division of the Fourth Development Dept. He is a 1949 graduate of Yale, specializing in city planning and is a popular speaker in the area. Jeff Mills became engaged in April to Evelyn Brown Wallace. Jeff is President of Data Processing Corp., living in Washington, D. C. Bob Allen has been elected President of the Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation. In this capacity, he will direct the activities of the chapter and its seventeen branches in communities in eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. The organization is a voluntary agency engaged in supporting medical research into the causes and possible cure for Cystic Fibrosis, a fatal children's disease. Bob holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been associated with this research organization for the past three years.
Rev. Terrence Quinn, a Dominican priest, of Long Island City, attended the Institute of Mission Studies at Fordham University three years ago and is now working in Loreto, West Pakistan. In the two years he has been there, forty study homes have been constructed for people who only recently lived in mud huts.
George Gerrish was recently appointed to Manager of Proposals and Presentations at the Rockville, Md., Division Headquarters of the IBM Corporation, Federal Systems Division. In this position, George will be responsible for coordination of proposal preparations and presentations. Earl Bickford has been appointed Construction Coordinator of Wier Construction Co. Earl has been in Houston since 1948 and has been formerly associated with So Relle and served as Field Project Mgr. of the Meadow Creek Corp. For the past several years, Earl has been an independent builder, constructing homes in Meadow Creek Valley, Green Brook Valley and Texas City, Texas. Earl and his wife, Christine, are living in Houston, Texas, with their four sons.
