Members of the Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital staff recently held a discussion program outlining the new professional education program for high school students. Assisting on the panel was Fen Riley. Such national foundations as the March of Dimes are planning to launch a tremendous new scholarship program in medicine and the associate fields. In the past such grants have helped finance people such as Dr. Jonas Salk.

Pete Harpending and Carolyn Ann Fantasia were November bride and groom. At present Pete is a senior at Harvard Law School. The couple is living in Cambridge.

Dick McClintock and Barbara Wyatt plan to wed this coming June. The groom-to-be claims his Vassar gal is more familiar with Princeton and Yale but brain washing has given the Big Green an edge. Dick is in his third year at Harvard Medical School - present address is 70 Westland Avenue, Boston 15, Mass.

Lt. (j.g.) Jon Robarge, who has just completed 18 months of service with the 7th Fleet in the Far East, is spending a short leave at home. Soon he will fly to San Francisco where he will be attached to the Naval Air Station at Alameda, Calif.

A short note on Hugh Erwin being with the U.S. Army at the Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Ala. Hugh's younger brother, Pete, is a junior at Dartmouth.

Miss Sara Herr became the bride of Ensign Blake Field, USNR. The couple will live in Arlington, Va.

Chuck Carrington is a med student residing in New York City. Toby Julian is a supervisory assistant with the New England Tel. and Tel. Co., 18 Euclid Avenue, Natick, Mass. Don Sokol, another medical man, is studying at the Parker Hill Medical School. Breck Viets is working at advertising in New York and Rick Worrell at law in Boston to round out the employed list this month.

General Mills has recently transferred John "Scopes" Edison to the New York area. His letter box reads: 55 Maxwell Road, Garden City, Long Island, N. Y.

Lt. Thomas D. Young '57 is a member of the Marine Corps' famous VMF (AW) 531 squadron which is now flying the new F4D-1 Skyray, a supersonic all-weather jet interceptor.
