"Me and You - in '62."

Received a letter from Stanley B. Macomber '11 advising that he had received a note from the late Roswell Hall's sister, Christine (Mrs. Charles P. Hough Jr.) living at 1015 West 61st Terrace, Kansas City 13, Mo. Quote, "First will you express my thanks and appreciation to the Class of 1912 for the gift of a Memorial Book to the College in Roswell's name. I received a notice but had no way of knowing where or to whom to write? Thanks for doing this for me."

In the same letter Stanley Macomber stated that Ralph Whitney had dropped in to see him and advised that Ralph had recently lost his wife, Martha, after a long illness. The sincere sympathy of Ralph's classmates and friends is extended to him in his great loss.

We also regret to advise that Joseph D. Doyle died very suddenly of a coronary attack on Jan. 24, 1961. The sincere sympathy of his classmates and friends in Dartmouth is extended to his wife, Gertrude, in her heartbreaking loss.

Edith and Dutch Waterbury sailing by Fort Lauderdale last January made calls on Lyme Armes only to find that he had left Bahia Mar Yacht Center for a two weeks' cruise on the "Gibby." However they all got together later on board the "Gibby" on her return to port and before Edith and Dutch flew to Aguirre, Puerto Rico, to spend the month of February with friends. They plan to return to Green Bay, Wis., by way of San Antonio, Texas, and Phoenix, Ariz.

Helna and Bill Locke of 3460 Buchanan St., Hollywood, Fla., had to pass up their proposed 1912 round-up with Lyme Armes, the Waterburys, Hobans, Chet Newcombs, et al., in southern Florida when the "Gibby" left Bahia Mar Yacht Center on their two weeks' cruise in January.

Gertrude and Eddie Luitwieler stopped off to visit the "Hal" Fullers in their new home on their way to Hanover in January to attend the annual Head Agents Clinic. Eddie reports that Hal looks good and seems more like his former self once again after a siege of illness.

Will "Ced" Francis in Miami and "Abe" Lincoln in Tarpon Springs, Fla., please take time out to report by letter to Conrad E. Snow in Gilmanton Iron Works, N. H., so Connie can cover their history for our 50 Year Memorial Book due for publication before our 50th Reunion in June of '62?

Mark Allen's oldest grandson, Warner Allen, is planning on entering Dartmouth next fall and was told his chances look very favorable.

Eddie Luitwieler has mailed post cards with reference to our proposed Interim Req union at the Otesaga in Cooperstown, N. Y., for the weekend of June 16 to 18, 1961. Kindly get your cards back to him as soon as possible. It's later than you think.

Bill Washburn '14 (r) talks with Carl Ward '32, club treasurer, at one of the gatherings of Dartmouth alumni in San Francisco.
